Q: Are your shoes authentic?

A: Yes! All our shoes are purchased from authorized retailers (Nike, Footaction, Footlocker, Eastbay, Finishline, and Champssports) and are 100% authentic.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: Our store currently accepts all major credit cards through paypal.com. Your transaction is completely secure and backed by Paypal's buyer protection. Please visit paypal.com for information concerning security.

Q: What are shipping costs?

A: Shipping is $14.99 for the first item and $4.99 for each additional item. All orders are ship within the same day via USPS Priority Mail 2-Day if order is place by 3 PM Pacific time.  Please be sure to have an authorized person at home to sign for the package when it arrive.

Q: Why your shoes cost more than retail?

A: We price our shoes based on current demand and supplies; prices can change throughout the day.  Please check back often for changes.

Q: Can I Return My Shoes?

A: Unfortunately, due to the amount of  frauds and scams, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Q: What is pre-order?

A: Pre-order shoes will be shipped to you as soon as it arrive to us from authorized retailers. This process usually takes 4 days plus the additional shipping time from us. We will refund 100% of you payment if somehow Nike cancel the order.
